Formerly a warehouse, the four-story Renaissance Arts Hotel opened in August 2003. Located in New Orleans' Warehouse District, the property is midway between the French Quarter and the city's convention center. A brick exterior and high ceilings attest to its industrial origins (1910), while modern elements include sculptures by Dale Chihuly, Lyn Emery, and others.
