Six Flags New Orleans is a 140-acre amusement park, located just 15 minutes outside of downtown New Orleans. This theme park features thrilling rides, musical extravaganzas, Cajun and Creole food, and unique shops. The former site of the Jazzland theme park, the property renovated in 2003; and reopened as Six Flags theme park.

Six Flags New Orleans Thrill Rides
Batman: The Ride is a world-class, suspended looping steel coaster that takes riders on a soaring, 50-mph journey 105 feet into the air along 2,700 feet of twisting steel track. With only air beneath their feet, riders will experience zero-gravity, vertical loops and hairpin turns. Must be at least 54".
Joker's Jukebox - 1950's model cars thrill you and spin you back in time. Must be at least 48".
Catwoman's whip is 40-passenger ride that whips riders around and upside down as if they're on the tip of the Catwoman's whip. Must be at least 55".
The Jester of New Orleans Six Flags is a spectacular 1,936-foot steel roller coaster takes riders on the backwards thrill of their life, making three inversions and 360 degree vertical loop. Must be at least 48" and no earrings allowed.
Mega Zeph - this 4,000 foot long coaster was custom designed. A 110-foot lift hill will provide a classic, straightforward first drop leading into a high speed turnaround near the lake's edge. Must be at least 48".
Voodoo Volcano is a serious thrill ride with "over the top" action. First, it lifts riders 50 feet in the air, and then repeatedly flips a disorienting 360 degrees. Must be at least 48".
Zydeco Scream - one of the most popular coasters of Six flags New Orleans, taking guests through dizzying inversions and loops. Must be at least 48".
Six Flags New Orleans Kids&Family Rides
The Big Easy - a traditional Ferris Wheels of 60 feet. From the top, visitors will be able to view the entire territory of New Orleans Six Flags.
Ozarka Splash is a family water ride that encompasses several cascades in a floating course culminating in two thrilling plunges (one 48 feet, the other 30 feet).
Mardi Gras menagerie - a classic carousel with exceptional handcrafted horses by Bradley and Kaye. Minimum 42" to ride alone. Walking ages to 42" must ride with an adult.
Jocco's Mardi Gras Madness: on this interactive ride, guests travel through famous New Orleans scenes and participate in a shooting gallery along the way. Jocco is attempting to steal all the Mardi Gras beads. Can you stop him? Score the most points in your car and you've saved Mardi Gras! Must be at least 42" to ride alone. Under 42" must ride with an adult.
